The sweet spot for the best pictures is between 7-8 months or 30-34 weeks. Ideally, you’ll have a nice popped bump with minimal swelling.  All pregnancies are different, so if you’re popping early (often common with second or third-time moms) or late (common with longer torsos), you might want to come in a little earlier or later than the others..
